Since 1999, Prospect Fastener has partnered with KMC to stock and sell their clamp products; ones that have developed into their second largest product line.
Our mission is to provide customers with a way to purchase smaller quantities without extra fees. We offer added value by filling just-in-time orders and planning for demand. We even purchased a second warehouse just for KMC clamps! We’ll ship your clamps quickly, to wherever you want them to go. Our staff performs quality-checks on all pieces, and relies on lot traceability in the rare event of a problem. Your satisfaction is our daily mission.
Light Duty Clamps
Provides top-level performance in smaller gauges and sizes for lighter clamping needs. Offered as uncoated, or coated with vinyl plastisol. Material options include hot-dipped galvanized steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.
CW - Classic, light-duty steel clamp for smaller requirements
CWV - The CW clamp with added black vinyl plastisol coating
CF - Cushionless steel clamp with flared edges, providing extra protection from abrasion for your wires and tubes CFV - The CF clamp with flared edges and added black vinyl plastisol coating
Medium Duty Clamps
Ideal for medium-duty applications; provided in the open position, and offset in their lower-leg to allow for a flush surface mount. Offered as uncoated, or select options coated with EPDM Rubber, vinyl plastisol, or silicone. Material options include hot-dipped galvanized steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.
CO - Steel construction, cushionless
COV - Coated w/ black vinyl plastisol cushion for extra protection and vibration reduction
COL - Available with either a black EPDM rubber or orange silicone cushion – for protection against water, ozone and aging
Heavy Duty Clamps
Thicker material, larger sizes; for heavier-duty requirements. Offered as uncoated, or coated with vinyl plastisol. Material options include hot-dipped galvanized steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.
CC - Steel construction, cushionless
CCV - Coated w/ black vinyl plastisol cushion, protecting your conduit or cables from abrasion
Double Tube Clamps
Accommodates two standard conduit tubes (or similar) within one clip. Sizes vary depending on individual item specifications. Material options include hot-dipped galvanized steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.
CD - Steel construction, cushionless
CDV - Coated w/ black vinyl plastisol cushion for extra protection and vibration reduction
